Information Notice

Short information notice on the processing of personal data collected through the request forms (Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Data, purposes and legal basis

When you fill in a form or write to us, we process the data you provide (first name, surname, city, telephone, e-mail, dates and size of the group, notes):

to reply to your request and, if you proceed, to manage the booking and the stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
to comply with legal obligations relating to tax and public security (Art. 6(1)(c));
to send you commercial communications, only if you have given your optional consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Providing the mandatory data is necessary to follow up your request; providing data for commercial purposes is optional.

Retention and recipients

The data are not disseminated. They may be disclosed to technical service providers (data processors), tax and accounting advisers and, where required by law, to public authorities and bodies. They are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose: 12 months for enquiries without a booking, the period required by law (generally 10 years) for contractual and tax data, and until consent is withdrawn for commercial purposes. Data subjects’ rights

You have the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases provided for by Arts. 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): access to your data and confirmation that they are being processed; rectification or completion; erasure (“right to be forgotten”); restriction of processing; data portability; objection to processing based on legitimate interest or carried out for direct marketing purposes.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it).
