Accommodation type

The apartments and holiday homes are located on the ground floor, with a street entrance and a private garden at the rear (Domus I, Domus II and Domus III, in the via Campidoglio residence), or with a private outdoor space (Domus IV and Domus V, in the via La Piana residence). Those on the first floor have a covered veranda (Domus III, in via Campidoglio) or balconies and a private terrace on the upper floor (Domus V, in via Angelo Musco).

The units in the north wing of the building in via Campidoglio consist of a small entrance hall, a living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom and a private internal garden with a covered veranda. The south-wing apartment consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and WC-shower on the ground floor; two bedrooms, a study, a hallway, a storeroom and a bathroom on the first floor; a laundry room and two terraces, one partially covered, on the second floor. It also has two private courtyards, one partially covered with wooden beams and Sicilian roof tiles, the other with fabric canopies.

The ground-floor apartments in the north wing can use a rear garden with a covered veranda; the first-floor holiday home has its own covered veranda overlooking the courtyard and garden. The units in the building in via La Piana consist of a living-dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small hallway. The ground-floor unit has its own outdoor space, partly garden; the first-floor unit has balconies and a large private terrace on the upper floor. Both have an uncovered private parking space in the residence’s shared outdoor area.

Amenities

The apartments and holiday homes are equipped to meet the needs of a holiday stay, with equipment, furnishings, services and systems that, although varying by type, meet the standards of a seaside home: 4-burner cooker with gas or electric oven, plates, pots and cutlery; refrigerator; hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom; television; washing machine; air conditioning; furniture and furnishings.

On request and for an additional charge, we guarantee the rental of kitchen linen (tablecloths and napkins), bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bath linen (bath sheets and towels), as well as an extra bed where possible.

All the homes are in good condition (some very recently built, others recently renovated) and differ from one another. Guests with specific needs are invited to state them when booking and to ask for any clarification before confirming: presence of a freezer, irons, washing machine, air conditioning, bedrooms connected by interior doors for keeping an eye on children, etc.

Parking

Guests may use the reserved parking areas near the building, provided by the Municipal Administration of San Vito Lo Capo, or the private parking spaces created in the outdoor area shared with the other units of the residence.

Stay information

Seasonal rentals generally run from Saturday to Saturday, for one or more weeks, depending on availability in the requested period. On request, and after checking availability, weekend packages, changes of days and other offers can be arranged.

The homes are handed over between 12:00 and 18:00 (exceptionally by 20:00) on the first day, clean and in working order, and must be returned by 9:00 on the day of departure in the same condition. Unless specific arrangements have been agreed with us, check-in or check-out outside these hours is not possible.

How to book

You can write or call us with your personal details, the dates of your stay and the home you are interested in. After checking availability, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your request, with the duration of the option on the home and instructions for confirming your stay by paying a deposit.
