Amenities of residences, homes and apartments
The apartments and holiday homes are generally equipped for short stays and provided with equipment, furnishings, services and systems that, although varying by type, meet the standards of seaside residences and homes. All the homes are in good condition (the holiday apartments are very recently built, while the holiday homes have recently been renovated) and have different features and amenities. Guests with specific needs are invited to state them when booking and to ask for any clarification before confirming (presence of a freezer, irons, washing machine, air conditioning, bedrooms connected by interior doors for keeping an eye on children, etc.).
All the accommodation has a 4-burner cooker with gas or electric oven, plates, pots and cutlery; refrigerator; hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom; television; furniture and furnishings.
On request and for an additional charge, rental of kitchen linen (tablecloths and napkins), bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bath linen (bath sheets and towels) is available and, where possible, an extra bed (for example a sofa bed or a bed in the living room). The extra bed is to be considered an emergency bed and, because of its arrangement and/or privacy, is less comfortable than the regular beds.
Specific information
Rentals generally run from Saturday to Saturday, for one or more weeks, depending on availability in the period concerned. On request and after checking availability, weekend packages, changes of days and other offers can be arranged.
The homes are handed over from 12:00 to 18:00 (exceptionally by 20:00) on the first day, fully functional and clean, and must be returned by 9:00 on the day of departure in the same condition. Unless specific arrangements have been made, check-in and check-out outside these hours are not possible.
Operating procedures
Following the customer’s request, made directly by telephone or e-mail with their personal details, the period of stay and the accommodation requested, Mediterranea Domus will, after checking availability, send an e-mail confirming receipt with the duration of the option on the home and the instructions for definitively confirming the stay by paying a deposit. Once the agreement has been reached and after receipt of the agreed deposit, the customer will be welcomed in the agreed period and accommodation.
