Layout

The holiday home is on the ground floor of the north wing of the building in via Campidoglio, in the centre of San Vito Lo Capo and a little under 200 metres from the beach.

The entrance and stairwell are shared with the other two apartments (ground floor and first floor). The apartment measures about 50 m² and consists of:

• small entrance hall;
• living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed;
• one bedroom;
• WC-shower room with forced ventilation and bidet spray;
• covered veranda of about 20 m² with parasol, table and chairs;
• garden of about 60 m² with citrus trees and typical plants.

Amenities

Recently renovated and in good condition, it is equipped to meet the needs of a seaside holiday:

• 4-burner cooker with gas oven, plates, pots and cutlery;
• refrigerator;
• hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom;
• television and washing machine;
• air conditioning in the living room;
• furniture and furnishings.

On request and for an additional charge: kitchen linen (tablecloths and napkins), bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bath linen (bath sheets and towels).

Parking

Guests may use the reserved parking areas near the building, provided by the Municipal Administration of San Vito Lo Capo.

Stay information

Rentals generally run from Saturday to Saturday, for one or more weeks, depending on availability. On request, and after checking, weekend packages, changes of days and other offers can be arranged.

Check-in from 12:00 to 18:00 (exceptionally by 20:00) on the first day; check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure. Unless specific arrangements have been made, check-in or check-out outside these hours is not possible.
