Layout

The holiday home is on the first floor of the building between via Leonardo Sciascia and via Angelo Musco. In summer a free shuttle bus, which stops nearby (via Senia), connects the home with the town centre (about 300 metres) and the beach (about 650 metres).

It is accessed directly from the large open space facing via Angelo Musco. The apartment measures about 80 m² and consists of:

• living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed;
• small hallway;
• two bedrooms;
• storeroom;
• bathroom with shower;
• balconies and a large independent terrace of about 80 m² on the upper floor, with a covered veranda, table and chairs.

Amenities

Recently built and in good condition, it is equipped to meet the needs of a seaside holiday:

• 4-burner cooker with gas oven, plates, pots and cutlery;
• refrigerator;
• hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom;
• television and washing machine;
• air conditioning in the living room;
• furniture and furnishings.

On request and for an additional charge: kitchen linen (tablecloths and napkins), bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bath linen (bath sheets and towels).

Parking

The home has an uncovered parking space in the private car park created in the outdoor area shared with the other units of the residence, at the back of the building, accessed from no. 15 via Angelo Musco.

Stay information

Rentals generally run from Saturday to Saturday, for one or more weeks, depending on availability. On request, and after checking, weekend packages, changes of days and other offers can be arranged.

Check-in from 12:00 to 18:00 (exceptionally by 20:00) on the first day; check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure. Unless specific arrangements have been made, check-in or check-out outside these hours is not possible.
